Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?

Please see the announcement bar on the top of our homepage for the most updated processing times. These times can change and vary at any time for several reasons but most often due to volume of orders. However, it is always the goal to get your order shipped to you before the allotted processing time. Remember that processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping email notification with tracking information so that you can track your order. Please allow 4-5 business days for your tracking information to update as sometimes there are delays in the carrier's scanning of packages.

I think my order is lost. What do I do?

Once your order ships, delays can occur due to weather, customs, or operational delays with the carrier. This is not within our control. If you have not received your order after 15  business days for domestic orders or 45 days for international orders from the shipping date, contact us at info@cafewithana.com. 

Can I combine my order?

Unfortunately, we are not combining orders at this time.

Can I edit/adjust my order after placing it?

We are unable to make changes to an order after it is placed. Please carefully review your order before placing it.

What if I need to change my address/entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately at info@cafewithana.com if you need to change your address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address for their order. if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to change your address or refund you for your order.

International Customers:

International customers are responsible for paying any and all customs fees associated with ordering internationally. We will not refund your order if you choose not to pay your custom fees. Please make sure you are aware of how much your country will charge before ordering. Cafe with Ana is not responsible nor liable for additional fees and/or shipping time associated with your country's customs process.

There are currently shipping service disruptions affecting international mail. Information on locations that have temporarily suspended or delayed service is changing daily but updates can be found here. Please also note we have been noticing some delays and slow periods of tracking for international orders. If you purchase during this time, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions to mail service.
